Ducati Museum Factory Tours Return

There’s some good news if you’re planning a motorcycle-themed trip to Italy, as Ducati Museum Factory Tours return from October 11th, 2021.

Following the Covid-19 pandemic, the musem itself re-opened in May, and now you’ll once again be able to book tours around the Ducati factory itself. Accompanied by an expert guide, you’ll be able to walk through the production lines and see what it’s like to be building motorcycles in the Borgo Panigale facility.

Originally set up in 1936, and still the main headquarters for the Italian company, the tour includes the mechanical processing deparment where timing systems and crankshafts are prepared, the engine assembly area to see the V4 engines being built, and along the production line up to the testing and shipping area.

The guided Ducati factory tours are available on Mondays and Fridays, with three shifts in the morning, and three in the afternoon. You’ll need to book in advance via the Ducati website. The €32 price includes museum entry as well, so you can browse through the iconic history of Ducati, whereas just the museum is €17.
